READING/ PRESS
a) Read the teens’ opinions
about the newspapers and
the topics they
are interested in.
Sue, 17 years old I don’t read papers. They are too boring.
I
prefer to look through magazines about fashion. It is
more
interesting to me.
Rick, 16 years old I am fond of computers, that’s why I prefer playing computer games. Reading papers is a
waste of time.
Mike, 15 years old I’m interested in music and I read a lot of
articles about my favourite groups and singers. I like to learn
more about their private lives. I don’t like to read about
politics.
It is dull and boring. Reading about music is more
entertaining.
Liz, 13 years old Most of all I like comics. They tell short
funny stories and it’s very entertaining to read them. My
mother likes
them, too.
b) Look through the
opinions again and say what every person thinks about
newspapers. + Answer the
questions.

Spectacular GIF restoration: what British castles looked like at their peak. With the help of an intelligent architect and a computer, the financial company Stride Financial carried out an interesting project for the reconstruction of 6 European castles. They showed the result of their work in the format of GIF animations, and it turned out very effective. In a few seconds, you can see how the ruins turn into a full-fledged building. We suggest you take a look at these bewitching transformations. Nowadays, from the castles for the most part there are only ruins and romantic memories. Some of them are so destroyed that it is difficult to understand what they looked like when kings and counts lived in them. Modern information technology allows you to restore almost any building, and for this you will not need building materials.

Describing a sculpture in art terms involves discussing its form, composition, materials, and artistic technique. You can start by noting the sculpture's physical attributes such as its size, shape, and texture. Consider the use of materials and how they contribute to the overall aesthetic. Additionally, discuss the sculptor's style, the intended meaning or message of the sculpture, and its historical or cultural context. It's also important to analyze how the sculpture interacts with light and space, as well as its overall impact on the viewer.
Yes my friend, it is Milky way....our galactic abode. The reason it looks like a band of starts infused in dark blue ink is because our solar system is inside Milky way's arm called Orion Arm and hence we look at it it straight inward. No matter how many times i see this picture, I still gets goosebumps ....let me give you few facts about our beautiful galaxy........It is 100,000 to 120,000 light years in diameter.....its more like 9.46 * 100,000,000,000,000,000 Km. It has got approx. 200 billion stars and giant black whole in its heart. Currently, our galaxy is on collision course with our neighboring galaxy "Andromeda" but it will take around 4.5 billion years...so chill. Below is the illustration of the collision and how our night sky will look like after 4.5 billion years....provided earth will not get swallowed by our sun when it will turn red giant ...
